2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon celery seed
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and salt, garlic powder, paprika, celery seed, and garlic powder; stir-fry until peppers and vegetables are lightly browned and well coated. Transfer heat to large bowl.
In a mixing bowl combine 1 teaspoon parsley, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, vinegar, pepper, tomato paste, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Transfer mixture over skillet; stir-fry until all ingredients are well coated. Serve with an assortment of sandwiches and barbecue sauce.
