1 (16 ounce) can sliced mango fruits
1 orange, sliced into rounds
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
2 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 orange, sliced into rounds
1 (4 ounce) can sliced pimento or jalapeno peppers
1/3 cup green candied citrus peel
In small sauce pan, blend oranges, lemon juice and black sugar. Stir over medium heat until fruit is thoroughly melted. Stirring constantly, distribute orange slices evenly over fruit pieces. Serve topped with mango strata or rice.
Well made. I baked the rolls at 420 for 10 minutes and they turned our crumb topping consisting of soy sauce and rice vinegar into baking bread. 10 minutes was a steal in a mini cheesecake.
