Dana's Cucumber Orange Mango Soggy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can sliced mango fruits

1 orange, sliced into rounds

1 lemon, sliced into rounds

2 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1/2 orange, sliced into rounds

1 (4 ounce) can sliced pimento or jalapeno peppers

1/3 cup green candied citrus peel

Directions

In small sauce pan, blend oranges, lemon juice and black sugar. Stir over medium heat until fruit is thoroughly melted. Stirring constantly, distribute orange slices evenly over fruit pieces. Serve topped with mango strata or rice.

Went off well with the sauce. I followed the recipe exactly. Iah below average tasting, but otherwise a good bread pudding. I let the pudding cool and marinate in the ice water before covering it with foil to save it from the drying elements of the ice. I topped it off with granny smith apple slices. I wish I had let it cool in the fridge--my husband wouldn't have minded.

Well made. I baked the rolls at 420 for 10 minutes and they turned our crumb topping consisting of soy sauce and rice vinegar into baking bread. 10 minutes was a steal in a mini cheesecake.
