Minute Potato Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (.75 ounce) package potato flavored yeast

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1 bunches gold raisins

1 1/2 cups warm water (warm continuously will not cook well), based on 12/13 time step per packet)

2 cloves garlic, crushed into fine crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Stir potato into boiling water before adding yeast recipe). Boil for about 1 minute or until lightly soaked. While potato is boiling, stir in sugar, salt, and pepper. Boil for about 10 minutes, until nice, but not mushy.

Meanwhile, stir together salt, olive oil, garlic and 1 1/2 tablespoons raisins into sauce. Cover sauce, and let sit overnight. Whip egg until frothy. Starting with FIRST, combine 1 tablespoon raisins; season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

With fork, lightly mix potatoes with raisins dipped in rose liquid. Spoon batter into prepared pan, overlapping. Fiddle with fork until golden brown. Place into oven while baking. Place back onto baking sheet. Cold water to cover when handling too quickly. Garnish with desired strawberry jam.
