6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Place chicken in a bowl, pressing all juices out. Then layer, in a single layer, the liquid flavor, salt, pepper, horseradish, green peppers, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Brush side and bottom of pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour, or until done. Serve at 425 degrees, or until juices run clear. Serve warm.
