1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons egg
1 cup chicken broth
1 (10 ounce) container sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh curry leaves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 (4 ounce) can garlic, minced
1 (1 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup apricot preserves
Combine the oil, onion, vinegar, egg, chicken broth and sour cream. Stirring well, pour mixture over chicken mixture and stir just until covered.
Heat grill may to a medium high heat. Place chicken mixture on grill and heat until heated through. Serve with green salad dressing and chicken salad spread.
