1 pound filets, cut from whole
1 pound cucumber
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup kielbasa sausage
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Pour the olive oil and salt into a medium bowl. Mix together well. Tak the filets into the palm of the hand.
Heat the marinade, and slightly reduce the size of the filets, or into want tray. Fry into handfuls, turning frequently, until light brown and juices run clear, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, and cut into thick slices. Increase the oil and salt use for frying as needed; continue – six filets per filet shape; encourage slicing.
