Semi-Sweet Honey Nut Syrup
2 cups corn syrup
2 cups water
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray the outside of a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
Fill the bottom of each pan with honey, honey, 1/2 cup syrup and water. Pour the mixture over the pudding, turning as necessary to keep the mixture from spilling over.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly when handling.
