1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
1 1/4 cups pecans
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
3 cups golden raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
3 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, pecans, butter, golden raisins, orange zest, marshmallows, orange zest and orange zest. Roll the mixture into small balls. Place marshmallows, orange zest and orange zest on bottom of the pie pan. Spread fruit mixture over peaches and bananas. Top with whipped cream and chopped pecans.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool before cutting into squares.
