1 pound medium shrimp steaks
1 (16 ounce) can crabmeat with green chile sauce
1 (4 ounce) can crabmeat broth
2 teaspoons paprika
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked crabmeat
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 (12 ounce) bottle cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, for topping (e.g. special cream cheese cream))
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a saucepan, combine the shrimp steaks, crabmeat, crab broth, paprika, crabmeat broth, crabmeat, horseradish, sugar, salt, garlic powder, basil, sesame seeds, crabmeat, lemon juice concentrate, tarragon and lemon zest. Mix together and pour into unbaked dish; spread cream cheese using a pastry knife.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly. Cover dish and let stand uncovered in oven for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cream cheese. Top with cream cheese mixture.
Return shrimp to oven and bake for 10 minutes, or until shrimp are tender.
