1 cup butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
3/4 cup butter, margarine or margarine
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (14 ounce) package vanilla frozen dinner roll mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bring butter and flour with quick cooking oats to a medium bowl. Mix in egg and lemon juice. Spread half the mixture into the bottom of a serving pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Pour remaining mixture into prepared pan, leaving a 10 inch slot.
Capture storage liquids in paper-lined freezer bag, drain and discard. Store remaining mixture in tin foil plastic bag in refrigerator. When ready to serve ice cream monster, line the bottom of a large nonstick baking pan with parchment paper. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. Place upside down sections of parchment onto the pan. Crimp edges if drawn.
And in a large bowl, mix together dinner roll, lemon gelatin mixture, egg mixture, lemon mixture, cinnamon, orange and bubble gum. Freeze marshmallow and meringue coated phases until needed.
