2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 teaspoon dried garlic
3 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 cup dry Italian-style sauce
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons dried basil
3 tablespoons dried oregano
salt and ½ teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
1/2 (24 ounce) jar pizza sauce
1/2 (10 ounce) package leftover mozzarella cheese, cubed
chopped olives for topping
1/2 cup chopped green onions, julienned
1 thin slice mozzarella cheese, cubed

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, garlic, oregano, salt, brown sugar, Italian-style sauce and flour. Stir until thickened. Blend in vinegar and salt and vegetables. Season with pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 300 to 300 minutes. Adjust sauce to taste while it heats through.
