2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and vanilla until well blended. Stir in confectioners' sugar. Fold in lemon zest, then pour mixture over pie as desired. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
