2 (36 ounce) cans brewed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese
Prepare milk and cream in a double boiler over simmering water. Stir until milk is simmering.
Transfer milk mixture to 5-quart or larger saucepan. Bring so reduced water to a boil that milk almost dissolves; add cream. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 minutes. Garnish with cream cheese.
