White Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix

1 (3.5 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 package instant white chocolate syrup

1 (2.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding

1 (3 ounce) package instant cream pudding

1 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix

1 cup butter

1 cup confectioners' sugar

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Prepare cake according to package directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, pudding mix, and vanilla pudding. Stir together, and pour into the prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting. Freeze for several hours, then cut into squares.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, confectioners' sugar, white chocolate chips, pecans and vanilla pudding. Frost the sides of the cake with the whipped cream. Chill until serving time.

This was pretty good--a little bland, but still pretty good. I used two packages of powdered garlic powder, along with a teaspoon of sea salt. I think I'll double the onions because I found them to be a bit bland. Still have some left over in the fridge so that means hubby wasn't overly thrilled with the recipe.
