1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crusts
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (9 ounce) package white chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, chocolate chips and sugar. Add lemon juice, and mix until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto pie crusts in 9 inch rectangle form.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until pie crusts are golden brown. Cool completely, and frost all edges immediately with lemon zest.
