1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup quick-cooking black chocolate
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust-size cookies
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (225 degrees C). Lightly grease two 8x13 inch baking sheets, or line with parchment paper.
In a medium-sized mixing method or food processor, combine chocolate chips, baking soda and melted chocolate; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine white chocolate, cookies, and reserved chocolate mixture. Spread evenly onto prepared baking sheet. Place 2 inches apart on prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Dip cookie squares into chocolate with knife to ensure even dispersion.
