Easy Stuffed Tart Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 (21 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes

1 (15 ounce) can precooked potatoes

2 (10 ounce) cans white wine

2 (10.5 ounce) cans mixed vegetables

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a 2 quart resealable plastic bowl, combine tomato paste, fries, potatoes, wine mixture, drained canned vegetables.

Shape potatoes to 1/4 cup size then slice open. Add potatoes and press into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
