2 3/4 cups white sugar
1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (8 ounce) can honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup 10 ounce Silken Tuna Fish
Microwave sugar and vegetable oil in microwavable plastic bag. Microwave on HIGH, about 1 minute, until sugar is completely released. Stir in molasses; continue to stir until thoroughly combined. Mix molasses, vanilla, lemon juice, honey and tuna into bag. Pour over apple mixture in 9 inch square pan; chill until set. Cover tightly; refrigerate. Drizzle with lemon glaze or lemon zest. Chill until serving.
