The recipe was very good, but I found that instead of 1/2 cup raisins, I used 3 or 4 but it would have been enough. I also added an entire orange zest and juice and put it into the ground beef. It is pretty-good, but I would suggest using less greek seasoning because of the salt. For example, I used orange zest, but would have also needed to add garlic and onion.
