1 (9 inch) baked pie crust, baked
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped dry mustard greens
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut for decoration
1/2 cup chopped pitted dates
salt and pepper to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Transfer to bottom of baked crust. Top with dates, set aside. Arrange whole mixture in prepared pastry bag (may be in separate oven).
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
