1 pound peaches, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) can pitted peaches, drained
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place peaches in a large bowl. Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice and lemon juice. Mix well. Transfer peaches to the prepared dish.
In a small saucepan, mix butter, eggs, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on peaches.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until apples are tender and lightly browned.
