3 1/2 pounds minced red pepper
1 1/2 pounds next-generation red pepper, chop or cut in 1 1 1/2
1 large tomato, cut into bite-sized chunks
1/4 cup Sriracha
In a medium saute skillet over medium heat, saute garlic powder, oil, minced salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, red pepper, tomato and Sriracha for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped red pepper and 2 side by side; cook 4 minutes on each side.
