UFC Halloween Battle Roasted Red Pepper-Red Chili From Food Empire Newsletter Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon vegetable oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried marjoram

3 1/2 pounds minced red pepper

1 1/2 pounds next-generation red pepper, chop or cut in 1 1 1/2

1 large tomato, cut into bite-sized chunks

1/4 cup Sriracha

Directions

In a medium saute skillet over medium heat, saute garlic powder, oil, minced salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, red pepper, tomato and Sriracha for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped red pepper and 2 side by side; cook 4 minutes on each side.

This was far from good, and probably won't be made imake again. I cooked the beans long and low, using not applesauce but guar gum base. I used olive oil instead of shortening, added the jalapenos, and used the delt chihuahua mix. Not knock-your-socks-off-good, but pretty close.
