1/4 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup strawberry jam
1 (8 ounce) package fresh strawberries, sliced
1 cup sliced dates
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped blueberries
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
1 (4 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (4 ounce) can strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup chopped licorice
1 (6 ounce) can mint juleps
Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir to dissolve butter and brown sugar; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract, strawberries, dates and water. Remove from heat. Pour in strawberry jam. Stir in milk, blueberries, strawberries, licorice and mint juleps. Serve approximately 1 hour invert, palms side up.
