1 (4 ounce) can sliced hot pepper
1 (4 ounce) can sliced red onion
1 (4 ounce) can sliced green bell pepper
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
In a small bowl, mix the hot pepper, red onion, green pepper, mushrooms and red onion. Cover with the cheese and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Place the quail in a shallow baking dish. Pour the olive oil and spaghetti sauce over the quail and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.
