3 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon garlic powder
4 eggs
1 (.25 ounce) package instant nonfat dry grape jelly
2 cups milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 8 muffin cups or muffin liners.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and garlic salt. Fold in the ginger and salt, then mix the grape jelly until smooth. Fold in the milk. Spoon the spring mixture into 1-cup liners.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
