Camel Frosting: Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons flour

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup light glaze

1/4 cup butter, softened

1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened chocolate

1 cup milk chocolate liqueur

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and flour until smooth. Mix in milk, vanilla extract, brown sugar and chocolate liqueur.

Spread mixture evenly on a cookie sheet. Refrigerate 2 hours to allow chocolate to set.

Remove cookie sheet from refrigerator and roll into small rounds. Place cookies 2 inches apart onto the cookie sheet. Refrigerate overnight.

To make the cream cheese frosting, mix together the chocolate liqueur and milk chocolate syrup until creamy. Spread over cooled cookies.
