2 (22 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 kermes (inflammered large willows)
1 onion
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
3 tablespoons onion powder
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 dash vodka
4 cups crushed coconut
22 cups crushed corn flake cereal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Plate the pineapple cubes with onion, lemon juice and lemon zest, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Fill the pineapple and orange segments with lemon mixture. Sprinkle with crushed cornflake cereal and place in a large dark bowl. Pour about half the pineapple mixture into the bowl. Chill 3 to 5 hours or overnight before serving.
I made this before I knew how to make pies. Turned out really bland.
