1 medium bread roll - thin, round from bottom, 1/4 pancake size
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Butter
1 cup skim milk
1 (12 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (225 degrees C). Lightly grease an ungreased 10x15 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix eggs, butter or margarine, and milk. Sprinkle dough onto prepared baking sheet; sprinkle with crushed tomatoes.
Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
