3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 10 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
Beat brown sugar and egg in large bowl until well-hydrated. Stir in butter and sugar. Place on medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then boil for 5 minutes. Stir in corn syrup and milk. Remove from heat and stir into brown sugar mixture until well blended. Pour mixture into prepared paper-lined muffin cups.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Count 10 minutes before serving.
