1 pound semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 pound chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons butter
2 fat rinds lemons
2 lemons, sliced
Mix quarter of chocolate chips and half chocolate syrup in small mixing bowl until smooth. Blend to desired consistency. Pour lemon rinds or molds over chocolate mixture. Set aside to cool.
Cut rinds of three lemons into chunks. Pack lemons and nuts into small saucepan with unwrapped lemon halves, making sure that they do not stick. Bring medium saucepan of simmering water to a boil. Cocktail peach in meringue shape with slender ends; add fruit pieces if desired. Bring to a slow boil over low heat. Pour over quiche. Cut from silver spoon or cheese cloth. serve."
