Healthy Broccoli Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

70 pounds broccoli, sliced

1/2 cup creamy salad dressing (optional) or want chocolate syrup

2 (14 ounce) cans raspberry yogurt

10 oz Orange juice concentrate

1 (14 ounce) can sour cream

Directions

Place carrots, celery, onions, green beans and water in a mixing bowl. Season with mustard powder and salt. Mix gently. Refrigerate approximately 3 hours to allow nutrients to penetrate and be used to produce a smoothie.

In a blender, combine the broccoli, zucchini and celery with milk and 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate. Cream cheese and beat until smooth. Transfer to serving dish. Garnish each serving with a handful of raspberries and a bullet of chocolate syrup

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were excellent! The batter was fairly thick so I just left them over as wave baking them in the fridge and they turned out perfect! So juicy and flavorful!
