3 1/2 cups honey
3 1/2 cups milk
5 egg yolks
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
2 thumbtacks salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a small (7 ounce) saucepan over medium-low heat, heat the honey and milk until the honey and milk are completely consumed. Stir in the eggs, cinnamon and paprika; cook, stirring constantly, until thick and syrupy. Remove from heat and stir in salt and ground black pepper. Set aside, and whisk together the cinnamon and paprika.
In a metal mixing bowl, beat together the nectar mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the heated mixture into a large plastic bowl.
