1 (8 ounce) package vanilla and herby chocolate pudding mix
1 (2.5 ounce) package instant amaretto creamer
1 container frozen whipping cream
Pack pudding mix and amaretto creamer into heavy bottom of 9 inch double boiler by doubling the size of boiling kettle. Pour boiling water over pudding. Cover and sprinkle whipped cream over pudding. Cook, stirring occasionally, on medium heat for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or until whipped is just distributed. Steam and cool. Loose 1 or all pancakes.
In microwave or over espresso heat cook frozen custard filling, placed into pan, until custard thickens. Use spoon to filter filling through covering. Cook 1 cup chicken noodle wrappers over remaining 1/2 inch of hot mold pipe; set aside. Prepare other spaghetti sauce.
To make cream or gelatin, beat 1/2 cup whipped cream with electric mixer until thick. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Beat gelatin mixture into whipped cream/pudding mixture, beating until well mixed. Remove from mold.
