Cinnamon Pork Loin Recipe

Ingredients

6 (3 ounce) cubes pork sausage

4 sheets cinnamon bread

1 tablespoon peanut oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Place sausage in bottom of a 9x13 inch roasting pan. Spread sliced cinnamon bread along bottom of pan, leaving some white part of bread on bread. Sprinkle peanut oil on side of pan. Spread mustard over sausage.

Roast in preheated oven for 1 hour, flipping once.

Remove foil from stoves, tightly wrap roasting pan, and pile roasting pan on top of stove.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, approximately.

Remove foil from pan, warm with rack of oven broiler.

While loaf is roasting, heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Fry pork loin in oil continuously until no longer pink. Drain fat, discarding remaining grease.

Excellent recipe and very easy to prepare. I am so excited to try this recipe, which is so tasty. I did not have garlic powder, but this recipe says it specifically says not to use garlic powder. I will make this again and again!

I brought this room temp salad to a baseball tailgate tonight. My friends and my husband LOVED this salad and finished every bite... passing the bowl back and forth until it was gone. They raved about it. This recipe is a winner. I switched things up a little. Instead of using just about anything edible, I used freeze dried squid ink. Couldn't find Atlantic salmon, so I went ahead and used tilapia. I tried a variety of combinations before settling on a few favorites. I used smoked salmon, which worked... but only for a couple of minutes. I also tried lemon pepper, but that didn't whip in the pan very well. I ended up with a fattening dressing that was too bland. I had to add much more l

First reviewer wasn't mad at all....just that my biscuits just didn't have enough spice for my taste. Got rid of the coconut, stevia, corn and peanuts (didnt look like they required it) and made this as written. Was super easy, super quick, super yummy. Plan to make again, also reduced the sugar a bit (I was weighing what I was adding, I think a tbsp would have made it more ample), super easy ... thanks for the recipe but it fella!
