1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3/4 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup milk
In a large bowl, combine the milk, confectioners' sugar and water. Mix until well blended, then pour into as small a glass as you can. Stir until all liquid is absorbed and mixture is smooth. Spread onto chilled cake. Chill until ready to serve.
