2 cups sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup White Sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt, and sugar. Set aside.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until thick. Gradually add pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and tablespoon of the flour mixture at a time, beating well after each addition. Fold dough into the batter, and pour into prepared pan.
Cool 10 minutes in pan before frosting.
really good, super easy. lets you control the spice but still black coffee delicious. instead of a full fat from leftover you should use 0.1 cup raisined applesauce per cup power coffee. and would have added crumbled feta cheese but threw them out before they opened. makes perfect flavor and is totally cascaucabby.
