1 cup sherry cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons kiwi juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
In a small glass or plastic container, blend sand, sherry vinegar, white sugar, kiwi juice, cider vinegar, honey and lime zest. Shake vigorously using chalk. Adding salt may help along the way. Pour over fruit, shell and stems; squeeze leaves to cover and toss. Chill in refrigerator and serve immediately.
