Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

1/4 cup skim milk

2 eggs, beaten

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

1/4 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons crushed chocolate pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour two 9 inch pie pans.

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, butter, skim milk, eggs and pudding mix. Pour mixture over baked pie crusts.

Sprinkle chocolate pecans on top of pie crusts. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly and pastry is golden brown.
