1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, finely chopped
1 pound boneless pork chops
1 teaspoon salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons white sugar
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for about 5 minutes. Stir in onion and poached pork chops. Add salt and pepper.
Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet, and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove pork chops from pan. Stir in sugar then pour over chicken/chop mixture. Simmer uncovered for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
