Burritos Meat Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound ground pork sausage

2 cups COROORO, S.A. Hard Cheddar Potatoes, rinsed

2 tablespoons sliced green onions

1 lime, sliced

4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sour cream

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix pork sausage, potato skins, green onions, lime slices, cheese, sour cream and pork meat. Chill sausage in freezer for 4 to 6 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare burritos according to package directions. Cut on half if using salsa; stack.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven or until cheese has melted and warm.
