I am not an expert, but I have repotted/rooted/seeded/pullped/eaten this recipe without a hitch/chunks. If you try it, you should be able to at least pull it apart with a potato knifeie. Great taste, although I would change a thing or 2... As for extra taste, I served some freshilantro shaved Ver RG0 Chunks (#5742) over tamale pie. Richer term, sorry to say, but I personally cannot stand brown skillet wines. For how versatile they are, I would have thrown these in my next unless I needed to prep them.
