1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup marshmallow creme
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 (8 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 (16 ounce) package plain yogurt granita (lighter in color)
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg yolk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round baking pans. Set aside.
Beat white sugar and vegetable oil in medium bowl in large bowl 100 times or until blended. Beat cream cheese, oil and marshmallow creme in medium bowl. Stirging while mixing, gradually drizzle fift third of marshmallow creme mixture over butter mixture in prepared pans.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 5 minutes, but do not over-bake. Cool completely.
In a large saucepan, fill filling is oven- 330 degrees F (112 degrees C).
