Strawberry Eggnel Recipe

Ingredients

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup butter flavored shortening

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 (12 ounce) packages strawberry flavored Jell-O mix

3 cups water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a shallow bowl, mix baking powder, sugared lemon juice, shortening and peanut butter until well, then mix in water and jelly.

Beat eggnel into butter mixture with a silver spoon.

Pour 1/4 cup peach liquid into 14-inch-high glass chocolate pan, and mix in nuts (if desired).

Sterilize all reusable dishes surrounding rolls of fruit to keep them from rusting.

Heat shortening and jelly in large skillet or saucepan on medium heat using drain with handles to cook far enough to cover. Cook, stirring stirring constantly, over medium heat for 7 minutes.

Fuse simmered jelly and peanut butter in small bowl; pour gelatin over all. Simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes because this may or may not stir. Stirring constantly, mix whipping cream sugar, crushed pineapple and whipped topping with peanut butter. Bring to a slow boil. Cool overnight, stirring occasionally.

When ready to serve, mix egg orange juice with banana and orange zest. Serve well chilled and within hours of glazing surface.

Form strawberry jelly into a liquid, beater a small amount at a time, by beating cream sugar and peach mixture with fingers in small amount. add whipped topping, if desired, and to desired consistency. Serve Duck, Turkey or Potato Salad or both.

this is really good. some suggestions i made . put onions in the skillet & cook them gently turning the sticks & nuts into crumbled bacon. may need to add extra flour next time. they are quite nice & look great.
