1 (16 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
10 crisp corn tortillas
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Place the cream cheese, cheese, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper into a medium mixing bowl; stir. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll the eggs set aside. Place the 1/3 cup of the tuna mixture back into the mixing bowl. Stir frequently with spoon.
Arrange the fried eggs on two plates. Spoon the tuna mixture over them. Top with mozzarella cheese and serve immediately.
