1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (3 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in pudding mix, pudding mix, milk, sugar, egg, and vanilla. Beat until blended. Fold in pecans. Spread mixture into pie crust.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until filling is firm and crust is golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
