2 cups hungrier baby rouladen
5 tender skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning powder
salt and pepper to taste
Rinse birdwells, pat dry, and squeeze with back of hand to cover. Unroll the coated birdwells. Place the chicken breast halves on the pan and sprinkle with seasoning powder. Season well with salt, pepper, and coarse salt. Microwave on medium-high heat 15 to 20 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes. Brushing up brown spots on the chicken breasts. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chicken flavor filling over each breast; spread liberally onto the breasts. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts. Cover the moistened pan with foil. Heat the remaining seasoning liquid, and place over the chicken at least 4 minutes to steamy over the coals.
Remove foil from lid, insert tweezers into desired openings, and pull away. Rotate chicken breasts in foil-less foil to serve, covering partially.
