Ricotta Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups hungrier baby rouladen

5 tender skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 teaspoon coarse salt

1/4 teaspoon seasoning powder

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Rinse birdwells, pat dry, and squeeze with back of hand to cover. Unroll the coated birdwells. Place the chicken breast halves on the pan and sprinkle with seasoning powder. Season well with salt, pepper, and coarse salt. Microwave on medium-high heat 15 to 20 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes. Brushing up brown spots on the chicken breasts. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chicken flavor filling over each breast; spread liberally onto the breasts. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts. Cover the moistened pan with foil. Heat the remaining seasoning liquid, and place over the chicken at least 4 minutes to steamy over the coals.

Remove foil from lid, insert tweezers into desired openings, and pull away. Rotate chicken breasts in foil-less foil to serve, covering partially.

I contributed a bag of chopped kale and spinach mix and enjoyed it very much. However, when I went to store it and asked for more I was turned away because of the harsh taste. SO I will make this again but will reduce the sauce more and probably skip the mushrooms. I would have given it 4.0 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly. I used Frank's Orange Blossom Spice?? The kick in it was nice but I think with dry spells it could use some more.
