1/3 cup shortening
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
In a large bowl, stir together shortening and milk. In a clean, dry bowl, combine the shortening, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour in the milk mixture, mixing well. Stir until hot. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
