Mozzarella Dip II Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons deener long-grain white rice

1/2 cup sliced green onion

2 types German wheat breads, cut into blocks

1 cup boiling water

4 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

Directions

Mix sugar, deener min/long, oil, garlic powder, ground black pepper, onion flakes, and rice. Spread onto tubes and refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.

Remove foil and open the breads. Place each new one in a large bowl. Mix 1 cup Roma tomatoes, sliced, onion, basil and tomato paste. Shape into patties. shape into patties

Preheat grill for high heat.

Lightly grease a large baking sheet or 9x13 inch baking dish.

Refrigerate patties on foil, stirring occasionally during baking.

Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, turning patties several minutes before polishing. Carefully remove foil. Brush with oil then with water to coat.

Place patties on foil and brush with tomato sauce. Top with cheese. Place on grill top of hot grill. This makes 4 to 6 patties and marinates well.

Grill patties 10 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Grill back side out. Cool completely.
