1 pound lean ground beef
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
1 tablespoon dried thyme
In a large bowl, mix the beef, olive oil, basil, garlic, oregano, basil, oregano, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme and sage. Shape mixture into 1 1 inch balls, place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until meat is tender and bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
