4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 tablespoons dried parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mixed vegetables, chicken broth, chicken broth, water, chicken soup, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, parsley, and salt.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
